This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is incorporated by reference into and shall be governed by Our General Terms and Conditions1 (“Terms”) and any applicable Service Agreements, Acceptable Use Policy2 ("AUP"), DMCA Policy3, or other binding Company documents (collectively, "Our Agreements") adopted by Newsmatics Inc. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Our Agreements.
By accessing or using any of Our Services or web sites, You (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) expressly agree to comply with this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES OR WEB SITES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ALL USE.
1. Definitions
- Personal Data means data relating to a living individual who can be identified from such data, either directly or indirectly.
- Usage Data means data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself (for example, page visit duration).

11. Special Note for Customers in the Republic of Ireland
If You are located in the Republic of Ireland, certain Personal Data relating to Your use of Our Services may be subject to joint controllership within the meaning of Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
In such circumstances, Personal Data is jointly controlled by:
- Newsmatics Inc., United States — responsible for the operation, maintenance, and delivery of the Company’s platforms and Services, including the EIN Presswire platform; and
- Newsmatics Limited, Ireland — responsible for local marketing, sales, invoicing, payment collection, and compliance with applicable Irish tax and legal obligations.
This joint controllership applies only to processing activities where both entities jointly determine the purposes and means of processing. You may exercise Your data protection rights described in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy with either entity, and the relevant companies will coordinate as necessary to ensure that Your request is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Where Personal Data is transferred from Ireland or the European Economic Area to the United States, such transfers are carried out using European Commission–approved Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required by applicable law.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If such data is discovered, We will promptly remove it.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time in Our sole discretion. The current version of this Privacy Policy is available in the footer of Our web sites. Continued use of the Services or web sites constitutes acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
14. Precedence
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and Our Terms, the provisions of the Terms shall govern.
